ROLE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES FOR SALES- HEAD
- Ability to engage Senior leadership in all our client bases and deliver service/expertise on critical high impact initiatives
- Ability to manage expectations of Senior Executives (MD, COO, CEO, CHRO)
- Articulation skills a must when managing Senior stakeholders
- Construct and administer project plans
- Provide detailed status reports and be accountable for highly visible projects
- It is required that the individual has a good hold on business financial knowledge (P&L, monthly financial statements etc.) for effective decisions concerning profits from the operating location.
