FIT Domestic Executive

Job Description

Assist the Domestic FIT team and Team Leader in maintaining the TAT with respect to hotel bookings. Process bookings as per SoP and follow due diligence in getting upsell revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange accommodation for corporates for international hotel booking.
• Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues. research, negotiate with hotels.
• Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations
• Receive and respond to incoming travel requests.
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
• Contracting & negotiating rates with suppliers, designing itineraries, costing & excellent in product knowledge & packages to domestic destinations.
• Coordination with sales & business development team to understand market demand and product trends.

• Good knowledge of operations
• Must be team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Need to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through CRM and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good with MS Office
• Self-motivated, confident with a pleasant personality

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• >3 years of experience in travel bookings / domestic hotel bookings
• Preferably be from Travel / Tourism / Hospitality domain
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
