Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships, and driving sales performance in the B2B sector. This role involves working closely with C-level executives, HR departments, and procurement teams to identify business needs, present customized solutions, and close high-value deals. You will play a crucial role in increasing our market share and contributing to the growth of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Strategy Execution:
- Attract new corporate clients and increase market penetration in the cab rental sector.
- Identify and target key sectors for new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely closure of deals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, prospect, and close new corporate accounts, including both large enterprises and small-to-medium businesses.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, HR Managers, and Procurement Heads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients to understand their transportation needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals; Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Account Management & Retention:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop personalized solutions to meet each client’s unique transportation requirements, offering services such as monthly rentals, event logistics, airport transfers, and fleet management.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to foster strong, ongoing relationships.
- Manage the contract renewal process, upselling and cross-selling additional services as opportunities arise.
Sales Reporting & Target Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal status within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, tracking progress against targets, analyzing market trends, and providing insights for strategy adjustments.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to product development and leadership teams to help shape future offerings and improve services.
